He won't surrender. When the time comes, he will simply bug out and spend the rest of his life in comfort and wealth at one or more of his mansions in Europe or the Americas.

Yes. That is what he’s hoping. I tend to think he might go to South America, where his Nazi friends went, because I don’t think any European country would accept when he brought war to their continent.
