You have better luck building apartments in Kabul, Afghanistan than in California. This will drive more property owners and small landlords out, leaving BlackRock to swoop in like turkey buzzards.

We have a renter here that is a meth-head, is a problem person, and hasn’t paid rent in more than a year that the landlord/owner can’t force out because of some Kung-Flu19 law...
