I think it’s time for the Welsh independence folks to make their move.

It doesn’t mean they are out of ammunition and weaponry. It means they are out of stuff they will give away. I’m sure they have reserves for a low level war but they cannot sustain a protracted war like Russia-Ukraine for more than a few weeks or possibly months.
