For decades before his presidency, Donald Trump had long been synonymous with the real estate industry — as well as his namesake New York properties, which have been the subject of great discussion since last week.
That’s when a New York judge, Arthur F. Engoron of the state Supreme Court, concluded in a 35-page judgment that Trump had exaggerated the value of his holdings to secure favorable loan and insurance terms with financial institutions, with some properties being inflated by an estimated 1,000%.
Judge Engoron’s decision was issued as part of New York Attorney General Letitia James’s $250 million civil fraud case against the former president, his company and executives. And if that ruling ultimately stands, Trump could lose control over some well-known New York City and New York City-area properties that bear his name.

Strange thing - in the very actions of determining their value in order to seize them, they’ll find the judge lied through their teeth when valuating them.
If Trump loses his properties to a black Soros AG, financial institutions will flee NYC. No one’s property or assets are safe. This creepy judge is holding a gun to the head of New York. It would be nice if Wall St spoke out. Not holding my breath.
Bear in mind that his attorney forgot to check the box on the court paperwork to request a jury trial.
Unfortunately... This is how the state governments and Federal government are going to steal all private property. This is just the beginning of it.

Any such transactions would likely be reversed as a fraudulent conveyance. If you move or hide assets in anticipation of an adverse court ruling that can be overturned.
Trump should have dissolved all of his business holdings in that shithole long ago. F NY!

When I first heard about the NY conspiracy last year I was energized to hate the perpetrators. Plot to ruin the one man who opposed the banana republic Dems——politically, financially, his family and wanted him to die in prison.

True, New York uses the word "Supreme" in the name of its courts of original jurisdiction. This judge was the first stop in the state court's system - there was no way the buck was going to stop with him.
