Yes, my whole time.
She in some ways ranks up there with Mr. K and your dad as teachers who had the biggest impact on my—but hers was spread over 8 semesters and was not because of superlative academic standards.
I believe my sophomore year she was heavily preagnant with her second, and after a rather risque and personal poetry presentation by someone directed at Deb, the whole class ended up singing an appropriate song from The Meaning of Life at the top of our lungs (we had done so a week or two previous during a trip).
Arnie, who was principal at the time, opened the door, we kept singing, he looked around, and shut the door. A good politician. If that is how the wife of the school board chairman (and future State Rep) chooses to control her class, who is he to judge? A good politician no wonder he ended up following Mike in the seat.
I understand that Brian Clem, who may have been a freshman in that class (possiblhy a year behind) is a state Senator.
Minnesota values.
Looks like he resigned from the HOR a couple of years ago to take care of his mom.
