He refuses to impeach him for his crimes. He is all in for Ukraine. And now he colluded with Democrats to fund the government at current levels.

I believe it was an 8% reduction. Which is why I asked how much the baseline has gone up over the last two years.
I believe the baseline has gone up a lot.
And now we are locking in those large baseline increases in perpetuity (minus a puny 8% decrease).
Add to all that, interest rates are going up, we now have a 33 trillion dollar national debt, and the interest payments on the debt alone, will be crippling.
