We do keep it pretty cool at night and this house has zero insulation. It was built for the desert, but they forgot that it got cold in winter, even in 1960. LOL!
I love wearing sweats. and sox. You’d just die! LOL!
Guess I’d better wrap up this show and head out. It’s been a long time since 7:15am. You know how that feels, even with a short nap. See ya tomorrow!
I’m more than familiar with lack of insulation after over 20 years living in the old farmhouse. LOL It’s over 100 years old and had little insulation. Freezing during winter and hotter ‘n hades during summer. Not fun at all, is it?
I do wear sweat pants during winter while I’m awake but not when I go to bed. It can get a little bit chilly during the times the heat isn’t running. I sleep on a heating pad for my back and that keeps me plenty warm while I sleep. Heavy jammies would leave me soaked in sweat. Add sox and OMG! LOL
You should be deep into Dreamland by now. Sleep well and late!
Your heating pad=my sweats. And when it gets reeeeallly cold, I have those self-heating throws to really help stay warm. Peaches loves those too. I haven’t told him they were actually made for him, because humans are too dumb to invent something awesome like that for themselves. LOL!
At noon right now it’s 78 beautiful degrees. And I hope you’re enjoying some of that, too!
Whew! Sweats, sox, comforters, self-heating throws - - you’re making me break out in a sweat just thinking about it. I’d die from heat stroke. LOL My internal thermostat is stuck on too high a temp to deal with all that. Has a lot to do with why I can’t tolerate being outside when it’s hot. :-)
You’re cooler than we are. Upper 80s here, though some clouds have just moved in and dropped the temp a couple of degrees. I have to wait til Thursday for your temps. I’m ready!
