Not true at all. The incredible explosion in spending we've seen the last 10 years is a many ways due to the Omnibuses, which never allowed much debate on the House floor about spending priorities.
It was all just thrown together, you much approve it all, or nothing gets passed. Well, since SOME things do need to get funded, because there's no other option, EVERYTHING got funded.
All by design of Obama, Pelosi, and Schumer. It's ridiculous that we're just now getting rid of it. Or were getting rid of it, I should say, because now everything is in question again.

Omnibus has 10 things, ea worth $1,000,000 for a total of $10,000,000 in wasteful sh*t
McCarthy separates them into 10 single issue bills, they all pass because of the RINOs and Democrats….still $10,000,000 in wasteful sh*t
