Unfortunately there would be a Karen who would put their nose into cheerleading and say it’s pornography due to some skimpy out fits and cheer moves. I definitely can see the cheer coach getting locked up over it. They need to tighten the bill and not make it so broad.
It’s time to stop pussyfooting around by using language that attempts to not offend. Yes, it is broadly written and someone will take it to the extreme and go after cheerleading.
The solution is to attack the problem directly. Write the bill to make it illegal for men dressed as women to make sexually suggestive moves in front of minors.
Some places have distance and levels of nudity regulations for strip clubs and nobody has had them overturned on free speech grounds.

Good reply, thanks. They do need to tighten the bill. But a 56 page retort from the judge. Sounds like he has an agenda.
Or taking the kids to watch the game at Hooters or Twin Peaks.
