“Along with all the thieving crooks in Congress who keep giving him our money.”

At least their children or siblings

The real issue is the US thinking on this. The concept of . . . “we are weakening Russia by spending money.”

How? They have plenty of oil and there is much more not yet found. They have a central bank just like the Fed and can create any money they wish.

How are they being weakened? They have universal draft. Young Russians are called every year to do 1 year of military training, then they are moved to the Ready Reserve and sent home to pursue their private careers. The wiki is very clear on this. They have been doing this for 20+ years. The number of trained reservists of military age is 20-25 million.

This is all in addition to their 1 millionish active duty military.

And last September, Putin mobilized 300K of their reservists. This is a microscopic % of their 20 million and the source of the only political opposition Putin faces. His opponents wanted a far larger % mobilized.

So what is the US thinking on this? Morality of who invaded whom? We have been supporting the Saudis for decades as they exercise the morality of beheading people. Morality means NOTHING. Don’t immerse yourself in who is corrupt and who is not.

The issue is . . . . how is this weakening Russia? It is strengthening their international position via BRICS and the SCO economics organization. It is not them being isolated. It is us. They now are supported by the majority of mankind, and we’re not making that any better.
