Why would Harris move from being the President of the Senate to being one of 100? It’s not like CA is in play?

Whoever is floating this stuff doesn’t understand how this stuff works. Harris holds ALL the cards.

Because she's dependent on Joe dropping dead before the election.

Otherwise she gets replaced at the whim of whoever (Obama) is really running things.

Harris is too stupid and bad-tempered to play those cards. And her backers appear to be on a losing side in the factional conflicts within the cabal. She is not getting a lot of help from people who we might expect should be helping her.

One way or another, I believe she will be forced out. It is only a matter of the Democrat party owners working the details, and exploiting such opportunities as may come up. They are very good at that.
