The evaluation of the judge stating that Mar-A-Lago is worth $18 million is fraudulent!

By next month, he might not have anything.
For tax purposes there should be a public on-the-record valuation of that property. This would be independent of anything Trump said. Seems like that would be a controlling number until the property changed hands at which case the property would be re-assessed for tax purposes.
The value is what a buyer and a seller agree to, not what a government official assigns.
If the judge says it’s $18M, then it’s $18M. Now Trump has to appeal that ruling. That new valuation will be tied up in court for months if not years. SMFH

Again, no financial institution ever checks things like square footage. I’ve got a modest 1,600 sq foot ranch house and the bank sent an appraiser out to do a detailed review and analysis of the house before refinancing our loan. But I’m a nobody so I get the anal exam treatment. Trump gets a pass — nobody from the bank inspected the property.
Now, who’s got that bridge in Brooklyn for sale?
