You’d think every one of these Big stores (not a mom and pop liquor store) would close down for a min of 6 months.
The fact is that, more often than not, they repair and reopen immediately.
I think this only encourages them to continue doing it.
And i wonder, how many of these looters might have been employees of those same stores?
