PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police officers descended on Center City Tuesday night following a looting incident at a Foot Locker store.
It happened on the 1500 block of Chestnut Street just after 8 p.m.

It’s big, organized crimes sending in their foot soldiers who know they would be out by dusk if they should perchance get collared.
I wonder what is the percent kickback to the Democrats by these organized gangs?
