Joe Biden's Delaware home was listed as the beneficiary address on two wire transfers Hunter Biden received from China, a top Republican has said.
James Comer, the chair of the House Oversight and Accountability committee, says he obtained bank records through a subpoena that showed Hunter received payments from Beijing in 2019, when Joe was vice president.
The records state that Joe's Wilmington, Delaware, home at '1209 Barley Mill Rd' was listed as the beneficiary address.
Hunter is believed to have lived there for two years following his divorce from first wife Kathleen Buhle in 2017.
He was also said to be exploring global business opportunities with firms in China and Ukraine.
The first wire on July 26, 2019, for $100,000 came from a Ms. Wang Xin, who is listed on the website for Beijing equity firm BHR Partners.
The second was allegedly from Jonathan Li, the Chinese national Hunter supposedly threatened over WhatsApp while Joe was in the room.
'I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father', Hunter said to Li in the messages revealed by an IRS whistleblower.
The GOP released the latest evidence in the investigation just two days before Republicans hold their first impeachment inquiry hearing into Biden on Thursday.
The party has revealed evidence showing $24 million flowed from foreign entities to the Biden family between 2014 and 2019.
Comer, who has been investigating the Biden family and their overseas deals, subpoenaed financial records from a specific bank account connected to Hunter.
BHR Partners is backed by Bank of China Limited, and was a joint venture between Hunter Biden's firm Rosemont Seneca and investment firm Bohai Capital.
'Bank records don't lie but President Joe Biden does,' Comer said on Tuesday night.

As I understand it there's a couple things going on here.
This was happening, under the auspices of, from the article:

The money did not go to a business address of record for Rosemont Seneca. It also didn't go to Rosemont Seneca but Hunter personally. Remember Devon Archer was a partner in Rosemont Seneca. Why didn't it go to that company account?
In addition, again from the article:

So, you've got Joe, apparently, sitting right there for at least one of them. Then you have Hunter taking in money from both going around Rosemont Seneca and Devon Archer. Pocketing money that, it appears, had something to do with something other than "legit" Rosemont Seneca business. They got money from the Chinese for something and didn't want anyone else to know about it so it was sent to Hunter referencing Joe's address. Not a business Hunter already had set up.

Was that benefit repeated more than once and known to Biden? Did Biden know the source?
Unless there’s some pattern there, I think there’s a great case against Hunter, but the resident will probably slide.

Also, every year as President, Obama took a vacation without Michelle, around his birthday. If she were a man, he would have taken her along. Republicans need to talk to Eric Schwerin since emails from Hunter’s hard drive show Schwerin moving money on behalf of Joe and Hunter while helping the latter handle family expenses. Schwerin received Joe Biden’s “Delaware tax refund check” while he was vice president and he and Hunter talked by phone about Joe Biden’s mortgage.
In February 2014, Hunter advised Schwerin to describe himself as a “close confidant and counsel” to his VP dad WRT a letter of recommendation Schwerin was penning on Joe Biden’s behalf. The NY Post reported that Eric Schwerin was involved in the transfer of Joe Biden’s Senate papers to the U of Delaware in March 2010 — which may have included “sensitive” and “classified” documents.
By December 2017, Hunter had fallen out with Schwerin and attempted to cut ties with him.
HUNTER UNLEASHED “I terminated you as an at will employee for gross negligence. Also if you continue to sit with friends of mine and relationships that are mine and defame me I will sue you for defamation of character and embezzlement and for the debt with you still have not contributed your supposed 25% share of,” Hunter wrote on Dec. 12, 2017. “ … We are no longer just done as business partners you should consider moving to somewhere in Florida I’ll never go. Naples is perfect you can live in perpetual time share with your parents and talk about what a horrible person I am.”
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
