This is very strange. Every Senator has something they could be convicted for. Menendez must have done something that violated the Deep States commands. It certainly is not for what the stated reasons are.
What the demonrats are doing is essentially a false flag operation. They are getting a corrupt senator to resign, who will be replace by another corrupt demonrat, so they can cover for letting Bidog slide. Mendez allows them to say, “See we prosecute people. If Bidog were guilty we’d have gone after him.”
Booker simply wants to become the senior Senator from New Jersey.
He was a guest at a steak dinner with Trump at Trump's Bedminster club. And someone ratted him out. It's in New Jersey, right?
He was one of the few Democrats in the Senate who denounced Obama's nuclear sellout to Iran. Obama even accused him, in so many words, of being a stooge for Israel. Coming from a lifetime anti-Semite, which Obama certainly is, this the worst insult you can possibly make.
At the time, I didn't link this with his legal troubles. Now I'm not so sure.
