“Affirmative Action had mucho help and support from the Environmental Protection Agency. Enjoy the ride.”

I’ll bet that most people have no idea that Affirmative Action and the EPA both were Nixon Administration inventions.

The GOP establishment, the gift that keeps on giving.

My father-in-law was an intelligence officer in the 82nd Airborne, he met my mother-in-law at the officer’s club at Ft. Bragg. My

The house I live in was owned by one of my father’s classmates in high school. At Normandy he came in behind the lines in a glider, he parachuted into Holland and was Trucked into the Bulge.

My father served in Patch’s 7th Army and Patton’s 3rd Army. At 19 he was packing an M1 Garand pursuing Fascists across Belgium, Germany and CZ. He was an armorer, serviced quad 50’s and Bofors. He saw Dachau shortly after it was liberated. One of his high school classmates, Lt. Jack Westbrook was one of the officers who liberated that camp.

It is true that recent conflicts we have been in, were botched by the civilian leaders lack of commitment to win and end those conflicts (un-declared wars). It had nothing to do with our soldiers but about being in unending unnecessary wars. Now look at the faggots who are at the top. And it shows, they are having a hard time recruiting replacement soldiers.

I really don’t like disrespectful remarks about our military. Nor do I like what Obozo and O’Biden have done to it. Obozo and O’Biden administrations were/are committed to destroying our nation.

End Trans.

Thanks for the rant

Knowing people who are barely hanging on from having served, I pray the souls of our heroes flood the dreams and foul the plans the O’Biden/Clinton sets have for the future. I curse their progeny daily and pray for their destruction.

“ I think at present count we owe the Russians a submarine, a naval HQs, a capital ship - which in our case is a carrier - and two major pipelines..”

As long as we are on the subject let’s discuss the American servicemen the Russians helped to kill in Korea and Viet Nam. Then we can move on to all the terrorists they funded during the Cold War. You know, fun people like Bader-Meinhoff, The Weather Underground, and a whole bunch of psychos in the Middle East.

Seems like a fair conversation to me.

Texas has always been respectful toward our military. There are 3 huge slabs of granite in our city park. With the names of all the local men and women who died in our military conflicts.

Do you remember the funeral procession when Chris Kyle was buried? That is Texas. No one told them to do that, but it was done.

The town at it’s peak was 1,200 population, now 1/2 of that. Last few years there has been an increase in the town, People looking for quiet place to ride out this insanity we are being faced with. Most of them are good people.

My ancestors moved here in 3 wagons with teams of mules in 1889. I was gone 25 years, back since 1995. It is home, they will bury me here, not going anywhere.

I know that we are fighting for freedom and democracy and all that and the Russians are bullies fighting for global domination and therefore we have the right to destroy anything we want without retribution because we have moral right on our side.

That's great in a moral universe. But, in a balance of power world that calculus doesn't work. I know, it's immoral. But I am just pointing out that in the minds of the Russians there is an eye to be had for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. It's immoral, but there you have it.

At some point, when pushed to far, the nukes will start flying. By the way, they have a lot of nukes that will ruin our day but won't ruin our country. We don't really because we didn't build our stockpile that way. It's a subject of a huge national debate in case you missed it which you probably did.

I didn’t miss anything, Skippy. So I’ll thank you to point your snark nozzle in another direction.

I’ve no love for either side in the cluster flop. They’re both hyper corrupt oligarchies that have been fighting for the last 400 years. And they’ll be fighting for the next 400 almost no matter what happens.

I merely pointed out that we don’t “owe” the Russians jack diddly squat. They spent 60 years gleefully killing westerners and then claiming they had nothing to do with it, even when caught, excuse the pun, Red handed. So if they catch a bit of payback, I’m fine with it.

If and when Russians, and I mean the Russian people, decide they want to join the civilized world I’ll be the first one to extend a helping hand. But that day, if it ever comes, is far in the future.

No way. Why hasn't Putin ended the war already by dropping a one 10 mega ton nuke on Kiev? I'll answer - because nuclear weapons are bluff weapons that can never/will never be used in a FIRST strike.

You are not keeping up with what is going on in the nuclear policy debate at all. The situation is not at all how you envision it.

Oh really? Ok give me one hypothetical scenario where a nuclear armed nation would benefit from a first strike. I am waiting.....

The theoretical dividing line between tactical and strategic weapons no longer holds, if it ever did.

Comedy....

“By the way, they have a lot of nukes that will ruin our day but won’t ruin our country.”

Exactly how many nukes ruin a day but not a country?

“because nuclear weapons are bluff weapons that can never/will never be used in a FIRST strike.”

Maybe, but places like RAF Lakenheath practiced for decades doing a nuclear first strike should Russia attack.

You and your friends can do your own research. It’s all over the internet. Look up low yield nuclear weapon use cases. And you need to look at cases using sub kiloton weapons and then look at who has them.

Here is one: US threatens to intervene in China Taiwan dispute that is going hot. China uses low yield nukes to impair US airfields in the region. No one’s vital interests have been destroyed. Few civilian casualties. Your move - Mutually assured destruction?
