As long as we are on the subject let’s discuss the American servicemen the Russians helped to kill in Korea and Viet Nam. Then we can move on to all the terrorists they funded during the Cold War. You know, fun people like Bader-Meinhoff, The Weather Underground, and a whole bunch of psychos in the Middle East.
Seems like a fair conversation to me.

That's great in a moral universe. But, in a balance of power world that calculus doesn't work. I know, it's immoral. But I am just pointing out that in the minds of the Russians there is an eye to be had for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. It's immoral, but there you have it.
At some point, when pushed to far, the nukes will start flying. By the way, they have a lot of nukes that will ruin our day but won't ruin our country. We don't really because we didn't build our stockpile that way. It's a subject of a huge national debate in case you missed it which you probably did.
