The U.S. Constitution is the stated SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND (Art. VI, Cl. 2). NOTHING has changed that.

Only prison I seen from inside is the one tourists visit in my tourist town. That one depicts prison conditions 200 years ago. There were no commodes. Prisoners defecated in a cup and flung it out between bars on windows. Now that was a real prison.
