Russia's mobilized soldiers who died in the Ukraine war were killed on average within 4.5 months after being enlisted, according to a report published Thursday...
Around 300,000 military personnel were called up in Putin's mobilization order, and Russia's high casualty rate in the war has led to a call for another wave of mobilization from some Moscow officials. The Kremlin does not frequently comment on its estimates of troop casualties, but Ukraine's military on Thursday put the tally of Russian troop losses at 274,470...
According to the findings by IStories and CIT, "more than half of the dead [who were] mobilized lived at the front for less than 5 months." The outlets also said that "every fifth mobilized person who died did not live even two months" after receiving their military summons...
Only four of the mobilized troops who died in Ukraine lasted more than 11 months before being killed, according to IStories and CIT...
The update described how Russian troops in Ukraine are suffering from low morale because they are not receiving adequate breaks from the front lines.
"The absence of regular unit rotations out of combat duty is highly likely one of the most important factors contributing to low Russian morale, and the Russian Army's failure to conduct higher-level training since the invasion," the MOD said. "The lack of such training is highly likely contributing to Russia's difficulties in conducting successful complex offensive operations."..

Low morale, being quickly killed, lack of training ... part of why Russia's "simple 3-week conquest" keeps dragging on
Putin should never have started this stupid war, it will end up being his undoing ...

Great! No more need for US dollars, right?

In 10 years, we can do an estimate. But now, this is all propaganda. But I have to say this, historically, the Russian troops are good for dying, unfortunately.

Casualty figures are around the total for the U.S. for WW I?

We have to assume the Russians invaded Ukraine with 250,000 troops. So my estimate is 100,000 KIA. Putin had to mobilize 300,000 troops to fortify the front in Ukraine. Wagner took Bakhmut, but 100,000 KIA.
So now we have 200,000 KIA for the Russian side.

They don’t call it the russian ‘meatgrinder’ for nothing.

it's gotta be a lot, or Russia wouldn't need another mobilization

From what I understand, Putin didn’t mobilize in St. Petersburg and Moscow.

Dementia Joe said a minor “incursion” was ok.
Explain what that means?
Preferably in Russian.

Ukraine still winning?I think it's going to be a stalemate. The West will lose patience in 2024. Putin will keep his land bridge to Crimea. So he survives.

Lol! The B.S. is at an all time high tonight as the Allies falter, and ground recovered for 3 months is not what was promised by the Leftist on this site.
Where is Speedy? USMC Gomer Mom? PIF must have kicked Max out of bed this evening as I see he is still on the grit.
Come on guys we need the entertainment. πππ

Wagner took Bakhmut, but 100,000 KIA.
That's a really impressive accomplishment by Ukraine. Total peak size of the entire Wagner force back in December 2022 was 50,000. Not only did Ukraine kill every single Wagner troop, but they killed 50,000 additional Wagners who didn't exist yet.
You Zeepers are insane.
