There’s a contingent here on FR that doesn’t care about workable. They’d be happy with Hakeem Jeffries in power just to not have what they perceive is a RINO. They’d rather not have control of the house or senate if it means compromising on anything. The rats are happy with incremental gains, and they’re winning.

There is as much criticism of RINO Republicans here on Free Republic as there is about any Democrats.
Some Freepers have publicly stated here they would rather vote for a Democrat than a RINO Republican. some State the reason being that Democrats are open and honest about what they stand for whereas RINO Republicans only pretend to be conservative.
It does seem that some people here do not think about incremental gains or the fact that we staunch conservatives are a minority both in this country and in the Republican Party. If we want to work to achieve any of our goals we have to work within a system which is not friendly to us.
