Looks like it's strictly for Univ of Phoenix students.

My math: $37 million / 1200 students = over $30K per student.

The justification is that the university misled students into thinking that their worthless degrees would get them good paying jobs.

Obviously the Dims hopes this goes forward because they can say that all college training is worthless and, therefore, all student loans can be wiped out.

All while at the same time saying us taxpayers should pay for kids to get worthless college training.

I wonder how much we would be taxed if the government didn’t give it all away buying votes here and laundering it overseas.

There was a New York company that had a phone bank pushing Obama program grants. They rented an office where I worked in Tempe, the parking lot was filled with thugs and needles until the company closed up shop. I wonder if that the ones they are talking about. The people signing up did not look like “students”

The basics of Contract Law.
Biden doesn’t have the power to do this either.
He did this in AZ so neither of the Senators would complain.

I tell people all the time to be neither pro-college nor anti-college. Be pro-career and ask people already in that career what kind of training is good for getting them there. The people already in that field know what training is worth the time and money, be it a masters or bachelors degree or 2 year vocational school or whatever from whatever schools.

So much for due process…
I think if a person had been duped they would have proper recourse. This is just more chaos sh*t.

If I recall correctly, the federal dept in charge of student loans (or maybe GI bill / veteran educational benefits ) withheld them from unconventional online University of Phoenix. Probably too little brainwashing. When the funds were cut off, it was going broke and was put up for sale. Cronies of Obama bought it, and suddenly student loan and/or gi benefit applications were accepted for it. So now the students of Obama’s crony’s online school not onlyget loans, but the loans are paid by you and me. Maybe it is the banks or cronys that are made whole. Supposedly 40% default rate per Wiki.

Wikipedia is unhelpful on the real political history and cronyism, but it does say: “ In 2017, the Vistria Group was part of the deal with Apollo Global Management to take over the schools. Vistria included two friends of Barack Obama: Miller and Martin Nesbitt.[77]”

Not to forget that the University of Phoenix paid the big bucks for the naming rights at the football stadium in Phoenix up until 2018. Another good use of those educational dollars...

Of course, the “University of Phonenix” is a for profit university; Not a State run institution.

I wonder which which of the 20 bogus bank accounts will receive the brib?
