Former President Trump sounds “cognitively impaired” when he speaks, MSNBC pundit Joe Scarborough said Monday.
“He’s talking about Joe Biden being cognitively impaired, he looks cognitively impaired,” Scarborough said on his morning talk program. “I don’t know that either of them are cognitively impaired. They get tired sometimes.”
The host was reacting to comments Trump made during a speech Friday in Washington.

If Scarborough veers one millimeter from the approved narrative that he receives from the Journolist in the morning, the deep state will leak Lori Klausutis real autopsy results.
So, it’s easier for him to toe the line and get his fat paycheck.
