One of the main things Patrick brought up was how the house (i.e., Phalen) brought up the impeachment with no prior time to discuss the charges, or to challenge any of them. It was basically railroaded through the house and into the senate. I believe if some of those house members realized there was NO evidence (I mean literally none), their vote might have been different.
