How about "the Director of the Foreign Policy Planning Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation."

Or the people working for Sputnik.

And in case you are that naive, RT is Russian. From their own website:

"RT is an autonomous, non-profit organization that is publicly financed from the budget of the Russian Federation."

You do know that the Russian Federation is commonly referred to as Russia, right?

But perhaps you also believe that Radio Free Europe, and Radio Liberty don't represent the viewpoint of the US government, and if you are that naive, then RT is also "autonomous" even though everybody working there gets paid by the Russian government.

My mistake, I was thinking of the Moscow Times.... they got themselves blocked by the Russian Government.
