United States District Judge for the Southern District of California Hon. Roger T. Benitez has granted a preliminary injunction against the Escondido Union School District (EUSD) in a case involving a requirement that teachers mislead parents as to their own children's "gender identity."
"HUGE! A federal judge just granted a preliminary injunction in favor of two teachers at @EUSD in California.
The ruling says a school district cannot compel teachers to lie to parents about their children’s use of different pronouns or gender identity."

It’s not “gender identity” but “delusion of the day”. Gender identity is what you are, not what you think you are. Words have meanings regardless of what someone says they mean.

I get your meme since I’m a gun owner living in California. The judge has now graduated to being one of my favorite people and Supreme Court worthy!
Unfortunately, Saint Benitez is semi-retired, at 71 years old. A little long in the tooth for the Supreme Court, even if he has shown himself to be one of the best candidates.
Can’t be forced, but can choose to lie?
And this will be enforced, how? Liberals routinely ignore or evade court rulings contrary to their beliefs.
