She needs to be prosecuted, and removed from office. If I am reading it right the penalty is one year in prison.

The people in NM need to keep the pressure on her to resign and don’t let up until she’s out of office one way or the other. There’s no room for this kind of tyranny under our Constitution and Bill of rights.
