RNC Lawyer Begins Contract Work on Background Effort to Disqualify Donald Trump
The Last Refuge ^ | September 13, 2023 | Sundance

A baseline is important to frame the accurate context:

♦ Our government is controlled by corporations and financial interests who operate on an independent agenda, not in our interest.

♦ The RNC and DNC are private clubs inside the U.S. political system, who construct the illusion of choice as directed by their benefactors (donors).

altThe benefactors/donors in both instances are the same entities.

This reality forms the core of the Uniparty agenda that we see surface every day in government policy that runs counter to the interests of U.S citizens and voters. The two wings of the UniParty vulture are the RNC and DNC. Any entity that exists outside the framework of the modern political industry, is considered a threat.

WASHINGTON POST – […] Jason Torchinsky, a partner with the Virginia law firm Holtzman Vogel, has in recent days initiated conversations about the idea of trying to disqualify Trump with a range of figures, including a Democratic secretary of state, fellow election lawyers and a retired federal judge who has helped lead the push to question Trump’s eligibility, according to multiple people familiar with the calls, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss private conversations.

[…] Torchinsky’s firm has done legal work for the campaigns of former New Jersey governor Chris Christie and businessman Vivek Ramaswamy, as well as for Never Back Down, the political action committee promoting the presidential campaign of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Torchinsky, a longtime GOP election lawyer who has also represented the Republican National Committee, is researching the issue not for Trump’s rivals but for Jacob Harriman, the founder of a nonpartisan service organization called More Perfect Union, Harriman said in a statement to The Washington Post.

“It is critical to understand if there is a legitimate risk of nominating a candidate who could be deemed to be ineligible for office,” Harriman said. Torchinsky declined to comment. (read more)

We The People are in an abusive relationship with government and the party system used to retain control and power. Once we accept that a disparate political structure exists above the election systems, a structure that runs the election systems through party/club rules, then we can begin to address how corrupt the illusion of choice has become.

In the biggest of big pictures, seeing this reality clearly is the gift from the era of Trump.

I live in Ohio and electric/home/auto all went up this year.

It’s not a DeSantis thing (I am not a DeSantis supporter). It’s a Brandon thing. This is all because of a stolen election.

That is the organization this issue is about, not the RNC.

Lawyers can represent anyone, and reprenting one client does not imply they are doing something for a previous client.

Any of them lift a finger to help the J6ers?

Russia and Ukraine have oligarchs. Latin America has its drug lords. America has its deep state and fat cats. Down with the lot of them. They’re probably all in bed together (do not try to picture it).

How many Washington lawyers are on Mexican drug cartel payrolls? I would think the most powerful firms are all partaking.

Beyond that, this presentation errs in that it protrays the RNC and DNC has having any kind of real power anymore. If you’ve been paying attention, you know that our elected officials have little power in their own right at this point. They are increasingly puppets of the permanent, unelected, untouchable bureaucracy that runs DC and the country. If our elected officials behave and leave Permanent DC alone, Permanent DC will protect them and make them rich. If not, Permanent DC will utterly destroy them.

Great Post.👍

Ronna McDaniel is still the RNC chairman. She was Trump’s pick, so if anyone is upset with the RNC leadership, take it up with The Donald.

This lawyer may have represented the RNC at some point in the past, but that’s not his client in this go-round.

The RNC does have an obligation to stay neutral in the primaries, and that can be a tricky line to walk. Trump makes it even trickier because he is leading a cult of personality, not a political party. Trump has always spent more time bashing other Republicans than he ever spent bashing Democrats.

The really big, white-shoe firms have offices in major cities all over the world, and hundreds of partners, associates and interns from the very best law schools. How many are on drug cartel payrolls? How many are not? That, and human trafficking are big businesses. We have no real clue as to how evil and corrupt the global economy has become.

**************************

The “lawyer cartel” doesn’t have a problem with the drug trade, they have a problem with Trump & MAGA.

These scumbags have been going after Trump lawyers since 2015, judges throwing out attorney client privilege so Trump can’t defend himself, intimidating law firms that might hire Trump lawyers, trying to get them disbarred , trying to throw them in prison, etc.(All done with a majority of MSM complicity.)

What do our local anti Trump partisans say:

“Trump needs to hire better attorneys” as if it matters who the attorney is with the corrupt deep state “law system.”

I refuse to even be registered in the party any longer. I don't want to be associated with a party that doesn't respect me, and continues to kick me in the teeth. January 6th did it for me. Changed to "no party" after 40+ years as a registered Republican, and that's where I'll stay until the day I die.

“Under DeSantis, my electric bill is up 40%, my home insurance is up 60%, auto insurance is up 40%. How is that a conservative governor? Maybe he is a social conservative, but he is no fiscal conservative. State government has grown under DeSantis.”

You are a moron if you want to put the blame there
