The George W. Bush Institute executive who organized a joint statement by 13 presidential libraries pledging to unify to preserve democracy was previously revealed as the person who leaked the infamous Steele dossier to BuzzFeed after the 2016 election.
David Kramer, the executive director of the George W. Bush Institute, spearheaded a statement Thursday signed by 13 presidential libraries dating back to Herbert Hoover.
"By signing this statement, we reaffirm our commitment to the principles of democracy undergirding this great nation, protecting our freedom, and respecting our fellow citizens," the statement read, in part. "When united by these convictions, America is stronger as a country and an inspiration for others."

He did not leak anything. The term leak implies there is a hidden truth and that somebody released it. This was a complete falsehood, composed right on Steeles computer from whole cloth. There was no “source”, there were no Russians, nobody involved in it was duped. It was completely fascinate fabricated as a dirty trick. So he didn’t leak it, he assisted in pushing out a lot.
The entire thing was invented to distract from Hillary’s criminal emails, and all the ones she deleted.
GW was a simpleton who received everything in life based on who his father was and it certainly showed. And he also did what he was told, like picking the war criminal Dick Cheney for his vice-president, on Dick Cheney’s recommendation.

This clown flew to London on behalf of John McCain to get a hand delivered copy of the Dossier from Steele himself.
I remember him writing in the American Interest about how wonderfully patriotic and democratic McCain was, and me and others gleefully pointed out both his and McCain’s hypocrisy by posturing as the great integrity forces while spreading the Steele Dossier and Trump Russia lies.
