I think Hitler’s Brownshirts 90 years ago beat Hiz Honor to this great idea but that shouldn’t stop Wheeler. The only thing he needs to do is grow a pocket comb mustache and bad haircut and go with the flow. He could even hire some Antifa as plenty of them are ex-cons and already have “outreach” street experience!
