The NRA better judge-shop very carefully and make sure this zany “idea” is smothered in the crib. Otherwise many gun rights people go off half-cocked and spend a ton of $ and courts say “no standing” over and over, or you have to be prosecuted before you can challenge the “law” (edict by fiat). It is ON!
