DOJ is accusing pro-life activists for violating FACE Act
Four more defendants facing federal charges over an October 2020 "rescue action" protest at a Washington, D.C.-based abortion clinic will begin trial this week.
Jonathan Darnel — one of the nine defendants listed in the 2022 indictment accusing protesters of a felony conspiracy against rights and felony violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act — said he will plead not guilty.
"I am definitely not guilty of the charges leveled against me, which is rather ironic that I should find myself in this position," Darnel, a professed Christian, told Fox News Digital in an interview.

Meanwhile the 600 women who tried to shut down the Kavanaugh hearings in October 2018 walked out of jail hours after their arrests with all charges dropped. Good to know our “Justice” system has been corrupted.
They entered the clinic and blocked the doors, gluing themselves to it, putting chairs and other items of blockades to stop people from entering the clinic.
They can’t do that. Just like you can’t block people from entering a church, another type of building or business.

It’s going to happen someday in Michigan. The ironclad Michigan Constitutional pro-abortion amendment passed in 2022. Cannot interfere with or impede an abortion or anything associated with it. Can’t even sue the abortionist for obvious malpractice.

What the protestors ought to do is walk in, throw cans of soup on the walls and glue their hands to the walls. Evidentially that is OK.
Or sit out on the sidewalk so no one can enter. That one works too. Wear a construction worker jacket and sit inside with STOP FOSSIL FUEL signs. THAT will confuse them and they can stay as long as they want. Police cannot touch them.
Stopping a days worth of abortions is the answer just call it something else that is “permitted”.
