Except when Trump declared a national emergency all liability was gone. Any decision made around Covid was protected. That was the problem.
As best I understand that, when criminal fraud can be proven which underlies such as the above, that would tear away the liability protection. The coming years -- since litigation takes years -- should be most interesting.
Was Trump blindsided? I think so, and through his entire presidency. By RINOs he trusted who screwed him over in many ways. Sad.

No, the problem is how quickly the American people bought into the hoax, then the boosters, …..3/4’s plus of Americans!
Being a Pureblood, I marveled how quickly the fear spread, panic, I never put on a mask, kept traveling, going on as normal…..then I caught the C flu- took Ivermectin and in five days was back to normal.
The problem was ( much like senile Joes Ukie war) the masses listened to our corrupted MSM., the government, over and over…..the “ gift” of Discernment was not given to UN-believers or lukewarms.
All that said , it was the absolute best year I ever had, my company gave me four months off with pay, I traveled to Florida eight times visiting my 90 year old mother ( she saw the scam early on, also a Pureblood), and she even warned me to never, ever take the clot shots , very early on.
My advice- consult God before anyone. Be sincere, he will guide you, especially give you pause before voluntarily injecting questionable chemicals into your body, you can’t take the stuff back out.
As the old saying goes “ try Jesus, if you don’t want him, Satan will always take you back”.
