As best I understand that, when criminal fraud can be proven which underlies such as the above, that would tear away the liability protection. The coming years -- since litigation takes years -- should be most interesting.

Was Trump blindsided? I think so, and through his entire presidency. By RINOs he trusted who screwed him over in many ways. Sad.
