The vid is a bit puzzling. There is a “thud” that sounds like a single heavy artillery shell being fired, right at 2 seconds before the explosion in the market. That would put the howitzer (if that’s what it was) only about 600, maybe 700 meters away from the camera / microphone. No one seems to react at all to the “thud”, but people closer to the camera hear the incoming, with one guy clearly turning to (try to?) see it. Then the weapon hits with a big explosion and the very extensive damage seen in follow up images. Seems pretty big for a 155mm shell?
Other “data” (or lack of):
No way would Russian artillery be firing 600-700 yards away and everybody is acting normally. In fact, there are also no Russian targets particularly close by either (again, people would not be out just strolling around and shopping if there were!)
SAM missiles that don’t successfully go to target USUALLY self-destruct in the air. So IF the hit was a missile, likely it was a ground attack missile.
Detailed audio analysis could give better clues on what the thud was, perhaps distance, what weapon the “whoosh” was, and / whether the timing of the thud was coincidental.
Maneuverable missiles often do not fly in a straight (path reflected to the ground) line.
I’ve not seen pics of missile debris from a reputable source.
Given the very limited evidence as discussed above, best guess is an attempted intercept (the thud) of a Russian missile targeted in or very close to the town (perhaps the AD itself) with the missile’s path only partially altered.
More evidence needed.

I forgot to add, “timing (audio vs. video) & no sonic boom suggests likely not a hypersonic missile”.
