New York City Mayor Eric Adams has torn into the migrant crisis crippling the Big Apple - which he warned will 'destroy' the city without urgent action.
Speaking to furious residents at a town hall meeting on Wednesday, he admitted he doesn't see a solution to the problem as he slammed the lack of help from Joe Biden.
'Let me tell you something, New Yorkers. Never in my life have I had a problem that I did not see an ending to. I don't see an ending to this,' he conceded. 'This issue will destroy New York City. Destroy New York City.'
The former top cop grew emotional as he talked about buses of migrants arriving on a near-daily basis, with over 10,000 arriving every month. Upwards of 110,000 are littered across the metro, and Adams' office has estimated the issue will cost New York City $12billion over three years.
Authorities are concerned that without an exit ramp, the situation could soon reach boiling point as furious protestors have clashed on the streets of the Five Boroughs while more and more migrants are left homeless by the limited space.
The migrant crisis has plagued Adams' time as mayor since he took office in January 2022, and the former police officer warned Wednesday the problem is only getting worse.
'We're getting 10,000 migrants a month,' he said. 'Now we're getting people from all over the globe have made their minds up that they're going to come through the southern part of the border and come into New York City.'
The city has a legal obligation to give shelter to those to make their way to the metro, and Adams has desperately turned to a variety of city landmarks, makeshift shelters and temporary housing as short-term solutions.

Eat it, Adams! You’re mayor, you wanted a sanctuary city, you deal with it!
We are under no obligation to take care of these people.
By definition, they are foreign invaders and should be treated as such.
They need to be sent back to their respective countries with an elimination in foreign aid to those nations as payment.
If they won’t comply, then they need to be shot dead as enemy combatants.
The dirty truth of the matter is that Adams, like nearly all elected black officials, are incapable of leading and is obviously compromised by foreign entities and interests whose objective it is to inundate Western nations with 3rd world infiltrators.

You aren’t losing your city, Adams, you gave it away.
They are a Sanctuary City! How can they say such awful things about illegals? Why are they not prepared and ready for all of them?
And the city as Rudy had it only happened because of the reaction to the Dinkins line of crime reduction.
Which oddly enough has been getting dusted off across the country despite it epically failing in NYC which brought in Rudy who cleared out the trash.
But people were somewhat more capable of thinking back then.
These days they honestly believe men can be women and vice versa.
Couldn’t have happened to a nicer city. I grew up there and left around 10 years ago. I could care less, raze it to the ground. “Greatest city on earth”? Like hell it is. Now it’s the “Asshole capital of the world” and it’s mostly due to out of state rich liberals who started infesting it back in the late 1980s. These are the ones you see at BLM riots, their kids are in Antifa, they support Marxism 100% and they pronounce “Horrible” as “Whore-able”

It's all good when declaring one's city a "sanctuary city" amounts to little more than virtue signaling but not so good when it actually becomes one.
