New York City Mayor Eric Adams has torn into the migrant crisis crippling the Big Apple - which he warned will 'destroy' the city without urgent action.
Speaking to furious residents at a town hall meeting on Wednesday, he admitted he doesn't see a solution to the problem as he slammed the lack of help from Joe Biden.
'Let me tell you something, New Yorkers. Never in my life have I had a problem that I did not see an ending to. I don't see an ending to this,' he conceded. 'This issue will destroy New York City. Destroy New York City.'
The former top cop grew emotional as he talked about buses of migrants arriving on a near-daily basis, with over 10,000 arriving every month. Upwards of 110,000 are littered across the metro, and Adams' office has estimated the issue will cost New York City $12billion over three years.
Authorities are concerned that without an exit ramp, the situation could soon reach boiling point as furious protestors have clashed on the streets of the Five Boroughs while more and more migrants are left homeless by the limited space.
The migrant crisis has plagued Adams' time as mayor since he took office in January 2022, and the former police officer warned Wednesday the problem is only getting worse.
'We're getting 10,000 migrants a month,' he said. 'Now we're getting people from all over the globe have made their minds up that they're going to come through the southern part of the border and come into New York City.'
The city has a legal obligation to give shelter to those to make their way to the metro, and Adams has desperately turned to a variety of city landmarks, makeshift shelters and temporary housing as short-term solutions.

That’s a big admission by the mayor. What’s going on in NYC is a big deal. Is any major media covering it? I wonder if the average person knows what a crazy crisis is unfolding up there.
And could it be any stupider and any more unnecessary? The answer is simply to have sensible immigration policy and sensible border enforcement. It’s one of the most basic functions of government.

Joe Biden and the rest of the politicians in D.C have invited these people to come here, that includes the Republican Congress.
Mayor Adams and the rest of his democrat clan need to suck it up and take care of these people.
Forget about impeaching Mayorkas or anybody else for this problem, it’s the law.
The Republicans seem to always forget about this when they want votes, they could have changed the law many times and didn’t.
This invasion is intentional. They want this to happen. It’s reasonable to them because the goal is to change America and to get more Democrat voters=Permanent one party country.
Also, if the Republicans could remove their heads from their rear ends for a moment and use their brains for a change they could see that this is an opportunity to improve their base.
Why not accept these people and educate them and show them how the democrats really don’t care about them, they just want their vote.

This is intentional. The commies already grabbed the state legislature. Now it’s time to turn NYC into a slum. You have to give them points for persisting: they picked the greatest city and want it gone.
I remember some New York democRAT apparatchik talking up and very proud that, technically, New York has no homeless since they passed a law that everyone will have access to a home. In other words,
the people living on the street do not exist, since everyone has ‘access.’
Many of the people in shelters started complaining when the illegal trespassers got much nicer hotel accommodations.
So, Mayor Adams, perhaps now you know what the cities, towns, and states next to the border are dealing with.
It was fine when border towns and Republican towns selected for bussing were destroyed but NYC...a step too far.
The rats destroyed NYC with their woke policies & incompetence. Now even they cannot ignore the chaos, violence and dysfunction they have created.
Where are the liberals who held the the ‘ILLEGALS WELCOME’ signs who voted for the sanctuary city mayor?

Anyone remember the recent Martha’s Vineyard incident where they had the ‘illegals welcome’ signs and the ‘fund’ to help any illegals?
When a busload of immigrants pulled up, those blue bloods showed up en masse and made calls, getting those illegals loaded back on the busses and shipped elsewhere asap.
After all of them had spent their adult lives calling Conservatives racists, giving us the finger and sitting there in their ‘holier than thou’ EMPTY mansions, they came up with all kinds of excuses why those crimmigrants would be better served elsewhere.
