He wasn’t cooperating until the court strong armed him into giving up his original counsel, and using the public defender instead.

Straight up star chamber tactics. Remember, you got a lawyer if you were hauled before the star chamber, but your lawyer was picked for you by the crown. Oh, and jurors would be punished if they voted the “wrong” way.

Now we’ve both both for the first time on American soil.

Dangerous game being played here.

Very dangerous.

His cross examination will be interesting, if it goes that far.

It’ll be interesting to find out just how much access this guy had and if Smith is just making things up as he goes along, in an attempt to get someone to roll over.

From other reporting, pretty much everything Smith does is overturned or dismissed as he has a knack for making sh*t up. Guess that’s the reason they had him stationed at the World Court and then brought him back for all of this BS. None of them care and he’s a hero in their circles for conjuring up some of the crap he’s throwing at the man. Can anyone provide any cases presented to the World Court in the last couple of years or more and what his role was?

Must be nice to collect that government salary and live off the taxpayer in the Netherlands. Everything but your bar tab and groceries paid for by the taxpayer. And if he’s smart, whatever he rents out, he has utilities and a grocery list included in the rent.
