Very dangerous.

His cross examination will be interesting, if it goes that far.

It’ll be interesting to find out just how much access this guy had and if Smith is just making things up as he goes along, in an attempt to get someone to roll over.

From other reporting, pretty much everything Smith does is overturned or dismissed as he has a knack for making sh*t up. Guess that’s the reason they had him stationed at the World Court and then brought him back for all of this BS. None of them care and he’s a hero in their circles for conjuring up some of the crap he’s throwing at the man. Can anyone provide any cases presented to the World Court in the last couple of years or more and what his role was?

Must be nice to collect that government salary and live off the taxpayer in the Netherlands. Everything but your bar tab and groceries paid for by the taxpayer. And if he’s smart, whatever he rents out, he has utilities and a grocery list included in the rent.

He’s a real piece of work, to be sure.

But the junta knew who and what he was when he was given the job, and he’s doing their bidding.

These people are going to collapse a thousand years of Anglo-American law in a single generation. Perhaps that’s too fraught, but it’s looking serious from where I sit.
