Could the 14th Amendment keep Trump off ballot in 2024?
A legal theory gaining traction argues that Donald Trump’s actions surrounding the insurrection disqualify him from being president.
Every headline like this is an attempt to interfere in the 2024 election, by intentionally misleading the public. The media and other Democrats have sought to destroy Trump for over seven years no matter how many lies they have to tell.
You see it everywhere now yet it contradicts what they have been saying earlier:
Democrats "cautioning" Republicans not to nominate President Trump for president, because he's supposedly so beatable.
They wouldn't want us to lose an election, would they?
Now trying to keep him off the ballot by other means, having run out of other options, such as prosecutable cases. Their latest tack is bringing up the 14th Amendment, as if they hadn't already tried that earlier.
It's such bologna. This garbage will fail just like the other garbage they have flung at President Trump. They are like apes in the zoo.

Well, the democrats know there would be hell to pay if Trump gets elected for the 3rd time. Democrats know that Trump actually won in 2020 and don’t want him to prove it again. And, if he does win, REAL investigations would be conducted to prove that the democrats stole toe 2020 election. That would destroy the democrat party.
Besides, they know that Trump hasn’t lost any elections, and what they’re doing is pretending that he will be easy to beat again. They’re saying things to make people believe that they have a handle on the situation, but, they’re very scared, because, the next time around, there will be more safeguards against fraud, and more eyes on the vote counters. Democrats can’t win without fraud and without stealing elections that they’ve already lost.

Dems are working to elect Trump. All of the outrageous trials and media coverage only serve to swell his support amongst his base and some conservatives. The Dems know this. If nominated Trump will not garner enough independents and moderate GOP votes to win. The Dems know this too. So they will keep on with the unfair unconstitutional show trials in hopes he continues to garner the “I’ll show them…” vote.
Now if they can use the 4th to keep him off that’s a huge win and will be applied to every single candidate the Dems dislike. Even if they can the SC to rule against it they still win he “deligitimizing” the SC.
The Dems will not run Biden. As soon as the Rs pick Trump the Dems will pick a seemingly just ”moderate” enough governor.
NOTHING ELSE MATTERS!
