ok, so, I miss read this headline and thought Andrew filed to be locked away from the public.....like admitting he had serious issue and somehow agreed to it.

Interestingly, Andrew was a Trade Representative starting in 2001.
Age of consent in the uk is 16. What Prince Andrew did may have been morally bankrupt, but it wasnt illegal under British law.
