Hope not. In general officers tell people they want it done and it’s the lower NCO’s that make the happen with their troops. Hate to lose experienced troops at that level. They mean more to the accomplishment of the system than the barred hats.

When I was in the Army I had a Sgt Major try to get me to go to officer school. He said we need more smart ones in the officer ranks who have been enlisted.
