Don’t bet on it - big money isn’t about to plunk down big bucks on a long shot. The problem with DeSantis is that he has no independent wealth so he lives or dies by big money who will own him when its over, should he win. I like DeSantis as a governor. He needs to stay there. My view - DeSantis is a sold out, recruited Deep State funded foil to try and prevent Trump from winning.

I agree. The best governor in the U. S. If Trump loses or disappoints, he will make a good candidate in 2028, and we need him here to protect us (with a like-minded state legislature) in the meantime. Trump was a good President until the Covid attack came although he surrounded himself with deep-state flattering backstabbers. It wasn't just an attack on him. It was a murderous attack on all of us, and he turned it over to Pence to handle. I hope in spite of his ego, he has learned a few lessons from what has happened to him and us.
