Just finished the book Leviathan: The History of Whaling in America: Eric Jay Dolin.
the first Pilgrims learned from the Wampanoag Indians to harvest and render blubber and balleen from dead whales, washed-up on beaches of Nantucket and Eastern Massachusetts.
They should revive a long-lost skill.
In 25 years, these same whale environmentalists are going to be arguing with their stupid climate-change karen environmentalist cousins - about who is going to pay to remove from their shoreline the ugly, disused, rusting hulks of dis-used, expensive, inefficient giant windmills that were built by government corruption and debt under the guise of “climate change.”
They’ll both agree - taxpayers need to do it.
At press time Moby Dick had not responded to requests for comment.
These things are huge monuments to liberal stupidity.
Wouldn’t that be a spotted owl hoot if windmills were the cause of the extinction of the right whales lol
LOL.
What’s really funny is the car with a Peace Symbol on the bumper right next to a FREE TIBET bumper sticker, when the only way to “Free Tibet” would be to declare WAR on Red China to force them to do it...and that would be only if we WON.
The issue is always The Revolution
And don’t you forget it!
The words “Blast” and “Whale” in the same sentence reminds me of the 1970 “Exploding Whale” Incident:

“I guess whales’ lives don’t matter anymore to the left”
Don’t tell that to these folks that wear strange hats. Search Lummi and look at all the different types of woven reed head ware this creative tribe comes up with. Also, check out the picture of the gal behind the Chief…a perfect “Karen.”
Think only White progressive liberals have terminal cognitive dissonance? About 50 miles west from the Lummi Tribe out on the very northwestern tip of the state, sits the Makah Tribal land. They share the same values as the Lummi’s as do many of the NW Tribes. However, the Makah’s hunt whales…with a .50 caliber Barrett!
I think we’re going to see the progs eat each other real soon.
Ha Ha. Great Excuse!
However, there is an Orca on Maui that the Native Folk are not too fond of anymore. (grrrrr)
How are whales getting caught up in those blades?
Greenie against greenie. Bagster is here in spirit with his popcorn-munching GIF.
Oh, yah mean the treehuggers have listened to the underwater audio of those asinine windmills and agree they would drive anyone to suicide?
Uncharacteristically rational of them.
Here you go... flying whales!

I’ll side with the whales on this one...anything to crush the global warming scum.
Sooner or later a scientific study will show the world’s mass of wind turbines is affecting, altering and disrupting air current, because at a minimum science does admit that large scale wind turbine arrays do have an affect on the wind currents they depend on, and do lower the wind current where they are operating.
A while ago I did an accidental, involuntary, and brutal experiment on my dog. Something went wrong with the computer printer, causing it to act up and emit all sorts of strange sounds, both audible and inaudible. The inaudible ones were devilish. He fell on the floor, screaming in total pain, and ran out on the office. Imagine what this must be like for a whale that exists and operates almost entirely on passive sonar, to have its full sonar system totally and painfully disrupted by prolonged horrific sounds that cause it absolutely excruciating pain and total disorientation. Very seldom do I post here in favor of the Tree Huggers. However, I’m all for the animals here and I with the Tree Huggers.
