If I’m going to sell any firearms. Why get an FFL. Just pay an existing FFL the fee to complete the transfer.
I really don’t see a gang arms supplier following any law at all in order to out fit the gang members

Why bother with that? Unless you're selling out of State, just trade the gun for the cash. Write up a receipt if you want to.
