While I am happy for President Trump for this ruling, more importantly, our jurisprudence system needs to be cleansed of this idea of “Standing”.

our jurisprudence system needs to be cleansed of this idea of “Standing”.No it doesn't. It is probably abused at this point, but it is an important limit what court's can waste their time on.

Like you, I'm afraid of every time the lack of "standing" is used by a court, it simply becomes easier and easier for them to tell us plebes that our voice doesn't matter.

Same here - if a person is running for President, then EVERY American has ‘standing’, since stolen elections can lead to very bad things, like Open Borders and the Ukraine War.

Anyone can sue...but “standing” keeps it under control.

Any judge who rules that someone doesn’t have standing, should be required to name an example of someone who does!!

Indeed! This seems more like a cop-out than a definitive answer based on the facts of the case. If an American citizen doesn’t have standing in an election case, who does?

I hear this point brandished frequently. The time for talking is over- let's suggest the most MAGA state adopt this approach where jurisdiction applies and prove to the nation what a fantastic idea it is!
