I hear this point brandished frequently. The time for talking is over- let's suggest the most MAGA state adopt this approach where jurisdiction applies and prove to the nation what a fantastic idea it is!

In the ruling, the judge also cited prior precedent, in which plaintiffs weren’t able to keep candidates off the ballot because of their association
