The Big Apple is scrambling to get up to speed for the first day of school next week with 500 new migrant kids enrolled for the first time and a possible school bus strike looming.
And yet, New York City School Chancellor David Banks claims it’s just business as usual.
“Everything has been okay,” Banks assured New Yorkers at a press conference Wednesday. “We have room for the students, our principals, our superintendents, outside communities have worked extremely well.”
Just over 19,000 kids in temporary housing are enrolled in the city school system — the overwhelming majority of whom are asylum seekers, according to the Department of Education.

NYC is the melting pot of the world.
They’ve had people from all over the world settle in the city.
They’ve had Niuyoricans take over much of the city. They’ve had Niydominicans take over other parts. They’ve had Chinatown since forever. They’ve had Indians (from India) take over large neighborhoods. They’ve had the Italians and Irish rule a lot of the city. Now they have to deal with the Niuxicans. The melting pot is not looking so good anymore.
Sure they have room - because families have pulled their kids out for private or homeschooling - or fled the state.
Now the little asylum seekers can be asked if they think they’re the correct gender and learn all about anal sex.
Immigration is job security for teacher/government industrial complex. That’s why teacher and school officials support unlimited immigration.
They speak many more languages than just Spanish.
For the next 60 years bet the welfare program gets sweetened up big time.
Keeping them needing the government is always goo for votes best bait the democrats have ever had.

Having to teach classes where students speak 20 different languages won’t slow anything down at all.
