I love Trump but there is more to criticize him for than just the stolen election issue. No doubt he was robbed..... but he also has yet to walk back the vaccine “success”.... he did spend alot of cash under the guise of “emergency measures” as well as being less than stellar at choosing winners for his staff. Ive heard all the caveats for all the critiques but folks have to question leaders when things dont smell quite right.

Fair enough - I’m not denying the fraud to be clear. Zuccbucks need to be pushed back against and hard, in particular. There’s also the fraud of social media censorship, since people did legitimately vote for Biden since they were brainwashed. I think those two points in particular can be addressed, particularly now that Elon bought Twitter and new platforms like Rumble are taking off

The key to understanding Trump is to recognize a paradox: focus on what he evokes as much as what he provokes. He plays a game of flushing out people and then chooses to operate through his instincts. Many struggle with this and find him manipulative and immature. However, because of the utter corruption in our political leadership it is an effective way to proceed. In the end, watch the man for what he actually does. Coming from one who was initially skeptical of him, I have watched him closely and actually see some very noble characteristics that serve us well as a nation. It’s time to get off the dime and get behind Trump and realize what is at stake in this election. Let the corrupt leadership hate on Trump. If you grasp the reality of the times, love him — he’s well your last real option to confront the lie rather than living it.

Look! You can intellectualize this topic all you wish. But, there ain’t nobody for the job but Trump. And, without him this country is finished. As someone posted earlier, he’s got all the right enemies. The others are mere grifters, pretending to the MAGA ideal. A moron would recognize that they have no valid purpose in opposing Trump. I believe Trump was called to this moment, much as Esther was in the Bible. If Trump is defeated, we all are defeated.

He should certainly not support the “vaccine” that Biden promulgated, which I’m not too sure is the same substance that Trump was supporting in terms of development—but of course Fauci’s mendacity might have put that one over on him.

At least Trump was not in any way, shape or form in support of “vaccine” mandates.

The choices Trump had for his cabinet staff were not up to him. Senate advice and consent is in the Constitution.

Folks may not like his personality, but his patriotism can’t be questioned, he was a great President and accomplished many things while being betrayed, witch hunt investigations etc. For me and my family and friends it’s Trump or no one. MAGA!

“Okay, boomer.”

Typical Leftist response, as they absolutely despise the Boomer generation and its work ethic, career dedication and pursuit of personal and professional growth...i.e. the idea of American exceptionalism that seeks to bring freedom and prosperity to all mankind. These Leftists prefer the atheistic neopagan fascism they were brought up to admire.

If this was an OPUS then it might be worth something. Two-percent of FR hates Trump and they have to tell us everyday.

We get it. You’re a true believer & Trump can do no wrong. For the record, that is the thing that has been so off-putting with Trump. It’s as much about the annoyingness of his supporters. Your abject failure to hear anything that doesn’t reinforce what you already believe or to admit flaws is more likely than not repellant to enough people that they won’t end up considering voting for him or they just won’t show up on election day. Unfortunately, there are those who don’t quite understand the gravity of the situation & will end up sitting on their hands. A large part of that is because of how annoying some supporters choose to be. Have at picking fights with leftists all day. But, I fail to see the benefit of picking fights with those in the center with concerns- but especially lifwlong conservatives. If you can’t allow people to voice stuff, talk it through & hopefully make Trump stronger in the process, then what is your point?

DeSantis is not the leader we need at this time.

And he has blown his opportunity to be the successor to Trump.

There were so many people on our side that I know sat out the 2020 election because they wanted to see Trump work to help fellow Republicans get elected, build good will, stop the Twitter crap & focus on stuff 🙄

You pretty much captured my thinking. I keep trying to look for alternatives to Trump, but everytime, I find myself concluding he’s still the best option.

It’s no longer about “Trump the man”, with all of the flaws, which have been repeated ad nauseum.

It’s much bigger than that. And yes, even with Trump, things are going to be a mess, but it’s the only chance we’ve got to make a dent.

And the longer he stays in, even some of his previously harshest detractors will come to respect his ability to stand tall against everything they’ve thrown against him.

The establishment GOP is just as much a part of the problem as the democrats… the establishment is the enemy regardless of the letter beside their name.

They don’t care about you or this country. If they did Trump would have been an also ran in 16 and long forgotten by now. And in the 7 years since they haven’t changed and are not going to change… they are owned by their money men who don’t care about anything that matters to you.. period. They want illegal immigration. They want pointless and never ending wars… they are happy to sell everything down down the toilet as long as they get their cut.

Trump is the only choice.

When you say “on our side”, I do not presume to know what side you are on, although I only guess the GOP wing of the Uniparty.

You do not “build good will” with totalitarians. Too many totalitarians were pretending not to be, but exposed themselves at the last second on 1/6/21.

Opus?

Only God can save us now. If Trump should happen to win, most of DC will be in open rebellion. And then there are the citizens who don’t work for the govt.
