Sidney Powell, a one-time attorney for former President Trump’s 2020 campaign who helped promulgate false claims of election fraud, has pleaded not guilty in the Georgia election interference case.
Powell and 18 others including Trump are accused of joining a criminal conspiracy to keep Trump in power after he lost the 2020 presidential race by overturning the state’s election results. She faces seven charges, among them violating Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act — a charge designed to target organized crime of which all the defendants are accused.
The Trump lawyer’s other charges stem from a Coffee County election equipment breach. They include conspiracy to commit election fraud, a series of computer crimes and conspiracy to defraud the state, which is described as theft of data because voter data is “property which was under the control of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

Piss-poor sarcasm. Marxist lawfare is singling out average Americans like indicting Walt Nauta, one of Trump's body men (gophers); and this woman wasn't even remotely that close to Trump's inner circle.
Joke is on you CC, for all you know FR is next on the indictment list, not cool at all.
Indeed. Maybe things really are as F’d up as they appear.
Yes, and typical of the Deep State and dem pols.
So, *ANY* defense attorney in Georgia can now be found guilty of racketeering?
"oooo please don't hurt me Mr.Democrap, oooo"
You are not understanding what I’m saying. Let’s see what comes out in the “trial”.
I understand exactly what you’re doing. You’re trying to discard Sidney, because you see her as damaged goods who negatively impacts Trump. Well too bad. We ALL supported her at the time. Trump included. It just didn’t play out that way, due to a lack of any actual proof.
you know, i get that this is a long shot pipe dream, but every time our side appealed to the courts for relief from stolen elections, the courts denied them for ‘lack of standing’ or some other BS, and now they are getting this issue before the courts as a defendant instead of as a plaintiff. Perhaps a lawyer could opine, but it does make me wonder if there’s some hope that this is part of the plan to force the courts to address this or to use discovery to expose the stolen election. Wishful thinking, i know.
Is it me or does it feel like there’s always some grifting lawyer the fringe left or right is lapping up?
Sidney Powell, Michael Avenatti, Orly Taitz...
I got the North Dakota governor offering me $20 if I donate $1 just to get him enough individual donors to get on the debate stage. I've got the crazy GOP sending me crud, all the time.
I never got a dang thing from any of those three lawyers. Did you?
There is no end to grifters but those attorneys were not that. With Orly and Sidney, if you wanted to give, they never first annoyed you, or annoyed you for months on end.
Only those wanting office did.
There is all sorts of questionable stuff brought up, but neither courts, nor authorities, cared to investigate, as they were all too happy to have Biden and his people.
“There was none, no basis to declare martial law. Not back then, and certainly not now like a couple of conspiracy theorists on FR are posting about. “
There were plenty based on known fraud, conspiracy by the Democratic party (and some Republicans), and historical presence in its use by previous administrations.
The modern-day establishment Republican approaches are now obsolete as the country falls deeper into crises.
By the way, what exactly did the Democratic congressional leadership and Biden do to DC after Jan 6? It looked and smelled like martial law?
Insight into the discussions between Trump, Sydney Powell, Flynn and others on implementing an EO to challenge the credibility of the vote counts in key areas of suspected fraud.
After following Powell’s career, I just want to say that I think insulting Powell is shameful.
She has a history of being strong and successful in her background so why try to humiliate her.
She’s completely entitled to express her POV. The #ing Rat attack on her is an attack on the Constitution — an attack on every citizen.
>> insulting Powell is shameful
the feckless take pleasure in mocking those they would have otherwise celebrated in victory.
Bannon ridiculed her saying something to the effect there were no servers on Mars.
She wrote a book called, Licensed to Lie.
She identified the fraud, lies, evil in the DOJ years ago.
Like Rudy and 45, she has told the truth.
No armchair typist is she.
You are so right about that, Gene Eric.
